We want you to enjoy your experience at reverie spa retreat. We hope the answers to these frequently asked questions are helpful and informative. If you have further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Do I need to make a reservation?
We ask you to schedule your spa appointment prior to arrival to obtain your preferred time. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Should you wish to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. No shows will also be charged the full treatment price.

Special arrangements can be made for early arrivals and late departures.

What if I am late for my appointment or scheduled arrival?
We ask our guests arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled appointments. If you arrive late or have to leave the spa early, your treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced. To encourage complete relaxation the staff at reverie spa retreat will maintain your schedule for you. Your therapist will greet you in our relaxation room when it is time for your appointment.

I have allergies. Can I still enjoy reverie services?
Absolutely! However, please notify our receptionist of any allergies, physical ailments, or special needs you may have that might affect your choice of services.

What do I wear for my visit to reverie spa retreat?
Pack lightly! We also invite you to enjoy our luxury spa robes and slippers, and kindly request that you wear them in all public areas. For your convenience and security, reverie provides all guests with a locker and key to keep with you if you are not staying overnight. When experiencing massage therapy, disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape linens in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times. However, we do recommend our guests leave valuables at home. reverie spa retreat cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

What is your policy on cellular phones at reverie spa retreat?
Quiet please. . We would like all of our guests to silence their cell phones and pagers before entering reverie.

Should I shave before my appointment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to spa treatments. . We recommend that men shave no fewer than two hours prior to their facial treatments.

I am expecting. Is it safe for me to enjoy spa services?
Mothers-to-be can enjoy all our holistic spa services, facials, a spa body wrap, and a full relaxing body massage. . Please note that massage is only performed if you are between the third and the sixth month of pregnancy.

Do you have a swimming pool/ hot tub?
We do not offer a public swimming pool or hot tub.

Do you have a policy regarding age for your holistic spa services?
All guests at reverie spa retreat must be 18 years of age or older.

Do you offer group packages?
We are happy to accommodate your group of six or more during normal spa hours (8:30am- 5:30pm). We can extend that stay after hours for an additional fee. For groups of six or more, an 18% gratuity will be added to the food and service total. If you are interested in hosting a private event, a large party, or for an extended spa stay please contact us for additional information.

May I bring food, snacks, and beverages, wine to the spa?
For us, delicious, wholesome and nutritious cuisine is our number one priority. Enjoy our spa cuisine and allow your body to detox, relax and rejuvenate. Book your meals in advance. We are able to accommodate your needs. We ask that you DO NOT bring snacks, coolers, wine and beverages. In compliance with our insurance policy we do not allow alcohol/wine to be carried in and opened on premises.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks, personal checks (with a credit card on file), and cash. Returned checks will incur service fees as allowed by law.

Gratuity?
Gratuities are not included in the price of any meals or spa services. They may be left at your discretion. For groups of six or more an 18% gratuity will be added to the food and service total.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! reverie gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any occasion. Give the gift of health, relaxation, and renewal that will be truly appreciated.
