We want you to enjoy your experience at reverie, and hope these frequently asked questions are helpful and informative. However, if you have any questions or concerns that are not addressed here, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to speak with you about accommodating your visit.

Do I need to make a reservation?
We encourage you to schedule your appointment prior to your arrival to obtain your preferred time. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Should you wish to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is required or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will also be charged the full treatment price.


What if I am late for my appointment or scheduled arrival?
We ask our guests arrive at least 30 minutes before their appointment. If you arrive late or have to leave early, your treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced. To encourage relaxation, the staff at reverie will maintain your schedule for you. Your therapist will greet you in our relaxation room when it is time for your appointment.


I have allergies. Can I still enjoy reverie services?
Yes, but please notify our receptionist if you have any allergies, physical ailments, or any special needs that affect your choice of services.


What do I wear for my visit to reverie?
For your convenience and security, reverie provides all of our guests with a locker and key for you to keep with you if you are not staying overnight. We also invite you to enjoy our wonderful robes and slippers, and kindly request that you wear them in all public areas. If experiencing massage therapy, disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape our linens in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times. However, we do recommend our guests leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


What is your policy on cellular phones at reverie?
Quiet, please. We would like all of our guests to please silence their cell phones and pagers before entering reverie.


Should I shave before my appointment?
It is not recommended to shave prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. We recommend that men shave at no fewer than 2 hours before their facial treatments.


I am expecting. Is it safe for me to enjoy spa services now?
Mothers-to-be can enjoy all spa services, facials, and massage with light pressure. Please note that massage is only performed if you are between the third and the sixth month of pregnancy.


Do you have a policy regarding age for your spa services?
All guests at reverie must be 18 years of age or older.


Do you have group packages for reverie spa services?
We are happy to accommodate your group of six or more during spa hours. We can extend that stay after hours for an additional fee. For groups of six or more, an 18% gratuity will be added to the food and service total. If you are interested in hosting a private event or large party, please inquire for more information.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Traveler's Checks, personal checks (with a credit card on file), and cash. Returned checks will incur service fees as allowed by law.


Should I tip spa staff?
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or meals, and may be left at your discretion. However, for groups of six or more, an 18% gratuity will be added to the food and service total.
