Join us for Healthy Life Cooking Classes at reverie Spa!

After many requests, our resident chef, Mary Graham, will share her healthy cooking and experiential nutrition from world wide travel, work, and training. She will be offering private nutritional counseling and is also available to schedule personal, workplace consulting, or family classes.

Please sign up as soon as possible as space is limited. Classes are scheduled:

Winter Season: Feb 7 and 8
March 14 and 15
Spring Season: April 11 and 12
May 16 and 17
Summer Season: July 11 and 12
August 22 and 23

Motivate with Mary and some of the current dynamos in nutrition and healing, we will integrate information with a fun experiential day in the reverie kitchen!

Objective: Creating Fusion Health and Wholeness; layering cooking and wellness methods to optimize your vibrant life! Emphasis on awareness in nutritional choices, variety and fun in food preparation!

Arrive 8:30, begin 9am
Yoga 9am to 10am (optional)
