This ritual begins with an invigorating foot soak and tea infusion for ultimate relaxation. An Ayurvedic blend of herbs and aromatic oils create a scrub, which is applied to the body. Followed by a gentle rain shower and an hour-long Ayurvedic Abhyanaga massage with aromatic oils to soothe tired and aching muscles, and promote lymphatic health.
