Shirodhara 60 min/$120
This deeply relaxing treatment begins with an herbal foot soak and an offering of tea. Highlights include the warm, rejuvenating Shirodhara oil poured onto the forehead in a continuous stream and a brisk massage of the feet and hands. Shirodhara profoundly calms the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances blood circulation to the brain, assists in improving memory, nourishes the hair and scalp, and aids in the release of stress and tension.
Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage 60 min/$120
This specialized treatment is different from regular massage in several ways. Select oils and herbs are applied to the body. These help balance the elements of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Your lymphatic system is stimulated, assisting the flow of nutrients in the body and aids in the removal of toxins from the cells. As with any massage, you may feel less stress, sleep better, experience improved immunity, reduced pain, and rejuvenation. The massage is conducted with medium pressure and long, smooth strokes.
Combined Shirodhara and Abhyanga Massage 120 min/$230
Ayurvedic Udwartan Ritual 130 min/$230
This ritual begins with an invigorating foot soak and tea infusion for ultimate relaxation. An Ayurvedic blend of herbs and aromatic oils create a scrub, which is applied to the body. Followed by a gentle rain shower and an hour-long Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage with aromatic oils to soothe tired and aching muscles, and promote lymphatic health.
Ayurvedic Facial 70 min/$105
This balancing and clarifying facial combines ancient Ayurvedic beauty techniques with Western science to cleanse, detoxify, and nourish your system and enhance beauty from within. Using expertly blended essential oils and uniquely formulated herbs and botanics, this facial is a perfect choice to maintain healthy skin. The treatment begins with an herbal foot soak and uses products designed for your particular Dosha. Additionally, Marma Abhyanga, massage on the vital energy points that awaken immune response, is used throughout the facial.
East Indian Head Massage 35 min/$70
Exceptionally relaxing massage and potent sensory experience begins with massage to the upper back, neck, face, scalp, and arms using pure essential oils. Age Defense Heavenly Rose Treatment 180 min/$360
Shatapara, or Rose Centifolia, is the rose traditionally used in Ayurveda for enhancing beauty, as well as a long-time feminine medicine. Our pink and red rose petals and buds are chemical-free and gently shade dried for maximum potency. This three hour treatment is a heavenly head-to-toe experience performed with exotic rose essential oils and herbal rose paste and pulp, designed to leave your body remarkably smooth and hydrated.
